Internal Family Systems Therapy
As a trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, I take a systemic and experiential approach to our work together. My goal is to be a supportive anchor and give you to space to slow down and make meaning of the experiences that have impacted you. This transformative process helps you gain clarity over your emotions thus empowering you to make choices that truly align with your values and spirit. This thoughtful approach promotes deeper healing and self-awareness, ultimately building a stronger, more resilient sense of Self.
Underneath fear-based reactions — is a core Self where qualities like strength, curiosity, creativity, and freedom remain untouched.
Even your most disturbing behaviors and emotions, or what IFS refers to as "parts of you," carry positive intentions. By exploring and understanding the burdens these parts hold, you'll start to notice more of these qualities emerge, along with a greater capacity to move forward in ways that align with who you were always meant to be.
