Women’s Group - Navigating Transition
What to Expect
Transitioning and navigating a significant life change can feel daunting and lonely, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Whether facing the death of a partner, a divorce, the loss or conclusion of a career, a major relocation, or coping with life as an empty nester, group therapy can provide connection and affirmation through shared experiences.
This women’s group is committed to guiding you through these challenging transitions. In a supportive and intimate environment, we will focus on the aspects of yourself that have been affected by loss, allowing you to slow down and cultivate awareness of your inner parts. This process will increase your confidence and foster meaningful connections with fellow participants.
This group's format is experiential and rooted in Internal Family Systems. Participants will participate in professionally led meditations, check-ins, intention-setting, parts identification, and sculpting exercises, as well as insight work tailored to individual readiness. No prior experience with IFS therapy is necessary.
Members will benefit from the healing experience of being recognized and validated by others who share similar journeys.
